We service
all of the equipment we manufacture or distribute. We also provide extended warranties as well as on-site
and factory-based service programs to help our customers control
their costs. There are three levels of maintenance contract available:
Extended Warranty and Maintenance Contracts
Standard:
Includes all parts and labor to correct any malfunctioning parts
or components. Service is performed at our facilities. Equipment
received by us shall be repaired and shipped back as soon as possible,
normally within five (5) business days. The customer is responsible
for shipping costs to us, using the courier of their choice. We pay for shipping costs to return the machine to the customer.
Standard Plus:
Includes all parts and labor to correct any malfunctioning parts
or components. Service is performed at our facilities. Equipment
received by us shall be repaired and shipped back as quickly as
possible. The customer is responsible for shipping costs to us, using the courier of their choice. We pay for shipping costs to return the machine to the customer.
If the equipment cannot be repaired and returned within
two (2) business days, loaner equipment will be sent until the customer receives the original equipment.
On-Site Service:
Includes annual, scheduled preventive maintenance during the period
of the contract to repair or replace any worn parts/components.
This program also includes repair associated with any unexpected
equipment failure. All parts, labor and travel are included.
When requested, we will make reasonable efforts to respond
to special requests for service within 48 hours.
While we support customers who do not participate in our service
program, we do give scheduling priority to those covered by warranty or service contract.
